Returns & Exchange Policy

Items can be return 15 days from date of purchase on specific items. 

There are NO RETURNS or Refunds on Apparel items, in addition 
Clearance, Sale items, Jewelry items, Custom Ordered items are also non-refundable. 

A store Gift card or replacement will be given for jewelry items if they are deem defective. 

To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Products must also be in the original packaging. 

All Returns will be inspected before a refund is determined.  You will be notified via email of decision issued by the fulfillment department.   

An approved credit card refund will be returned to the card within 5 business days or a store credit will be issued to you, whichever you decide. 

All sales of Paparazzi Accessories are final. All pieces are inspected prior to packaging. All jewelry is packaged with air cushioned materials to support a safe delivery. Should your package or items arrive to you somehow damaged you are encouraged to submit a claim with the currier that delivered your package. All USPS Priority and UPS packages are insured up to $100.
